We adore our customers and want you to be happy with your JOJO shopping experience. Please review the return policy before purchase as we have to follow the procedures and policy below. Please keep in mind that we are a beautiful small family business, but we adhere to the consumer law practices as advised by the department of Fair Trading, and Australian consumer law. This may differ to your own if you are purchasing from another country.

 

RETURNS

 

We understand that sometimes online shopping doesn’t always go to plan… if your purchase wasn’t what you hoped whether it was the wrong size/ colour/ shape/ style, please see our returns policies below!

 

  • Any returns of goods will only be accepted within 14 days from the date you received the item.
  • A credit note will be issued to you for future purchases, (no exchanges) a refund will be issued if item is deemed faulty.
  • Item must be in its original condition (unworn/unwashed/unstained/unperfumed with tags attached).
  • If an item has been reduced since purchase, the credit note will be for the discounted price.
  • We are unable to process any return without prior contact (see returns procedure below).
  • We advise contacting us directly at jojonoosa@bigpond.com as soon as you decide your purchase is not suitable.
  • Return shipping costs is to be covered by the customer.
  • We do not offer online exchanges but we will happily supply a credit to be used online. (In-Store exchanges are accepted with proof of purchase).

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

We are happy to offer our beautiful JOJO customers with a credit or refund when an item that is purchased turns out to be faulty or damaged. A fault must be notified to us within a reasonable time or it will be deemed as general wear and tear. Original and return postage costs will not be included in the refund amount.

PLEASE NOTE

 

For returns of any purchases, our Warehouse team must have knowledge prior to receiving the package or we may not be able to accept the return.

 

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. Please try on as soon as possible to fit in with this timeframe.

 

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and reviewing all returns.
