Exchanges and Returns

We are happy to offer our beautiful JoJo's customers with an exchange, credit or refund when an item that is purchased turns out to be faulty or damaged. 

If you are returning something simply because you changed your mind or because you ordered the wrong size then we're still happy to offer you an exchange or credit, provided you return the unworn item, still with tags attached, at your own cost.
